Lisboa, or Lisbon, Portugal is the capital and largest city of Portugal. In the spirit of BikeSummer! the Lisbon Bike Tour is not for profit, but instead raises money for The Institute on Drugs and Drug Addiction (Ministry of Health) to help people caught in the trap of drug abuse get healthy again. Kudos to this velorutionary effort!
